Jppy: New jppy version out - 0.0.25

Hi guys,

Just a note to say there has been a bit of progress.

The jppy code has been reworked a bit, and should be much more stable
and build easier now!

The GTK2 isn't supported with this release, I'll port that over to the
slightly-different API soonish.
