Jppy: comments to the current jppy

Dear all!

I got jppy running on my computer (debian/sid) based on the tar ball
David send me today. I will set up the binary debs on my webspace for
your perusal, together with jpilot debs linked against libpisock9.

What is not working is jpilot because I don't know what to put into the
.jpilot/python/jpilot_user.py, there is an python error when I start it.

Warning! Failed during python version of plugin_gui().


Finally some remarks:

jppy cannot display category names with Umlauts (öäü) probably other
accented characters are also wrong.

The reminder time is not correctly parsed: I have set a reminder on a
birthday in the COntactsDB to 7 days, but it was shown as 1 day in jppy.
