Jppy: comments to the current jppy

Hi Norbert,

Sorry I've been away while you've been having these troubles. 

You've had a problems; so that I know what is still outstanding I
think these are the issues:

 * It wasn't clear that jppy depends on libpisock 0.12, and that
   jpilot MUST be also compiled against that version if you want to
   use the jpilot plugin. (Now I've added a message to the wiki to say
   this.)

 * svn was down. (Should be restored now.)

 * build-depends wasn't complete. (I've now added libpisock-dev,
   python-egenix-mx-base-dev, thanks.)

Thanks for catching this. I use DateBk6 and HappyDays to manage my
birthday information so never noticed! It's a bug in the GUI; fixed in
r114.

I've uploaded 0.0.31-1 which includes the things I've mentioned as
fixed.
