You could conflict with jppy-jpilot-plugins in your package. That would
prevent the installation, but OTOH the re-compilers would have to remove
the the Conflict in the control file. Hard to say what is better.

Probably leave it like it is and put a big fat notion (it is already
there) on the jppy web site until ...
