Oh, which version did you have? What was the version of pisock9 too?

Maybe you had incompatible pisock9 library: I only depended on
python-pisock, and expected _that_ to pull in the correct dependency
on pisock9, but it doesn't. That's fixed in jppy 0.0.39-1.
