I disagree. It's OK for this file to be around after a 'clean' (scons
-c). In fact, it is preferred as it may speed up a later build
very slightly(?). However, it does seem to be that if you delete
.sconf_temp you should also delete scons-signatures-db. How did your
.sconf_temp get deleted?
