That's correct, though?

Those are 'locally generated' files, that do not come from subversion.

SCons does not (I believe) blindly use this cache (well, maybe
.sconf_temp it does, but not scons-signatures-db), rather validates
source files have not changed by comparing them with information in
scons-signatures-db.
