Jppy: Python is not running, unable to generate GUI!

I had another report of this. I failed to find out what was wrong:
When I provided the user a build that I did myself, the problem went
away.

Please could you both try the deb at
http://jppy.zanu.org.uk/trac/ticket/6 ?
